Aerotek Project Manager in Kalamazoo, Michigan

Industry leading medical device manufacturer is seeking Project Manager to support EU MDR compliance related projects.

Job Summary:

Project Manager will manage multiple projects for EU MDR compliance for surgical instruments. This individual will lead multi-disciplinary teams to ensure scope, budget and timeline of projects are met.

Job Description:

  • This role will be specifically supporting EU MDR, European Union Medical Device Regulations compliance.

  • Assist in management of multiple engineering projects; prioritize tasks and assign team members to ensure that the team's overall resources are used effectively and that project deadlines are met.

  • Evaluate and authorize changes that significantly impact the scope, budget, or timeline of a project.

  • Lead engineering projects; monitor progress and performance against the project plan; identify and resolve operational problems and minimize delays.

  • Manage ongoing relationships with external contractors so that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.

Job Qualifications:

  • Educational requirement- Bachelor Degree or higher

  • 4+ years of project management experience in medical device industry

  • Knowledge of EU MDR
