Inspect/diagnose packaging equipment for repair needs
Perform planned maintenance or install new equipment per instructions from the dispatcher
Respond to emergency calls for repair in the time frame stated by the dispatcher
Complete the necessary paperwork for invoicing, documenting all parts used for the repair or install
Upkeep and schedule routine maintenance on service van through company fleet service
Assist fellow service technicians as needed.
Perform all duties as assigned by a supervisor.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Service products and systems for our customers in your territory
Provide counsel to customers regarding products, equipment and systems
Utilize Microsoft Office applications for communication and reporting
Perform regularly scheduled maintenance for equipment
Provide emergency service when required (this may include afterhours and weekends).
Troubleshoot problems and make recommendations to customer
Prepare for and complete new equipment installations and upgrades
Provide feedback on new product field tests
Assist with field communications, technical bulletins and other pertinent technical information
