Position: Marketing Manager (PS6646) Wisconsin, Ohio,California & St. Louis candidates strongly preferred.
The Marketing Manager position is responsible for developing marketing strategies and ensuring that they align with enterprise-wide strategy. This position is also responsible for identifying and implementing programs and plans that support business and enterprise goals.
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
Serves as a single point of contact on marketing issues andresolution for assigned business areas within Medicare Programs Marketing.
Acts as a Project Manager and coordinates project reviews andre-negotiates terms/deadlines as appropriate.
Coordinates the development and review of marketing materials withappropriate resources.
Provides leadership and direction to marketing support andcreative staff.
Analyzes data and summarizes performance using summary statisticalprocedures.
May make recommendations based upon data analysis.
Builds support for business change throughout the business unit.
Requires a BA/BS degree; 5 years of marketing experience; or anycombination of education, and experience, which would provide an equivalentbackground.
Experience with Medicare, State and Federal regulations andMedicare Supplement plans is strongly preferred.
Leading and managing large and complex projects experience isrequired.
Experience in Medicaid is strongly preferred.
Strong project management skills.
Familiar with technical environments.
Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Powerpoint, Word, 065 SharePoint.
Strong attention to detail and communicationskills.
Experience in Aprimo system preferred.
