GENERAL SUMMARY: Operate computers and related peripheral equipment in the processing or data preparation of reports or other output media. Monitor Data Center systems for service interruption and various operation trends. Handle multiple and frequent calls in the Communication Center as well as dispatching necessary pages, CODE information, paging and messaging processes and equipment. Interact with system users by answering questions and responding to special request for tracking reports or output, resolving issues as requested by employees, patients and various second level support to maintain SLA expectations. Work with vendors when necessary to resolve issues. Maintain stock of computer equipment and peripherals in a warehouse environment. Follows established processes for obtaining, logging, delivering and discarding computer hardware as needed. Other duties as assigned by Leadership.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Graduation from High School or equivalent, supplemented by courses in data processing or computer science.Three (3+) years’ experience working in one of the following:◾Computer Operations◾Call Centers◾Switchboards◾Computer Warehouse Organization◾Helpdesk.Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:Ability to work independently and in a fast paced environment.Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds.Demonstrated intermediate experience and knowledge of processes and workflows within a Data Center, Switchboard, Computer Warehouse OR Helpdesk environment.Ability to work independently and teach others.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues rather than send to 2nd level resources.Preferred Qualifications:Associates Degree in computer related field.Completion of HDI or similar customer support analyst course.Completion of HDI Team Lead or similar customer support course.
