Aspirus Health SUPPLY CHAIN TECHNICIAN in Ironwood, Michigan

We are seeking a SUPPLY CHAIN TECHNICIAN to work in Ironwood, Michigan at Aspirus Ironwood Hospital. The Supply Chain Technician is responsible for receiving, counting, replenishing, and distributing products and equipment throughout the business unit. This is an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced environment! We will train the right individual who possesses strong computer skills, the ability to think quickly on their feet and provide a high level of customer service.


  • Knowledge of office procedures normally acquired through completion of a High School diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • General health care supply chain process flow knowledge normally acquired through 1+ year(s) experience in a hospital environment recommended.

  • Strong computer skills required.

Hours: Supplemental; 0.5 FTE or 20 hours per week. Retirement plan available.

Aspirus Ironwood includes a 25 bed critical access hospital, multi-specialty clinic, satellite clinic in Wisconsin, surgical clinic, walk-in clinic and a home health agency. Ranked among the top 20 Critical Access Hospitals in the nation by the National Rural Health Association, Ironwood’s service area covers approximately 30,000 people. The hospital has a 4 bed ICU, 3 bed OB unit, and 4 surgical units. The emergency department is staffed 24/7 with ER physicians, with approximately 12,000 visits annually. The hospital's inpatient census is 10 patients per day. The outpatient clinic has over 50,000 visits annually.
