The right candidate will be experienced in pole analysis, field engineering, and working with permitting. They must also be able to provide outstanding customer service and have a high attention for detail. ResponsibilitiesulliPole analysis and make ready recommendation to include:olliNote specific details of a pole in order to stay in compliance with OSHA and/or offer a new solution if needed./liliAnalyze pole data for over lash and new attachments./liliDocument wind and ice load calculations to make sure poles meet OSHA standards./liliFill out necessary documentation and submit to pole agencies to acquire permits./li/ol/liliIn coordination with management and Administrative staff, resolve issues with quality, timeliness, or other concerns./liliReceive and assign incoming work from various sources (email, customer databases, etc.) into online database software accurately and within established timeframes./liliUse of O-calc, Spidacalc and other programs necessary to analyze poles. /liliPromote and ensure the company image through exercising sound and ethical business practices as related to employees, the public, and customers. This includes ensuring that service and quality provided to customers is satisfactory through all levels of the administrative staff./liliCollaborate and team with coworkers, partners, and customers in all areas of responsibilities to develop and implement the best solutions./liliEscalate conditions that give reason to believe that attainment of goals may be in jeopardy./li/ulSkills we are looking for?ulliDriven and motivated candidates with a 2- or 4-year degree in Business Administration, Database Administration, or Engineering preferred. High school diploma or equivalentrequired./lili1-3 yearsrsquo; experience analyzing poles and working with permitting. Experience working with several different utilities a plus./liliWorking knowledge of O-calc and Spidacalc a plus./liliExcellent computer skills with the advanced Word, Excel, Outlook, Quickbase, and PDF skills./liliAbility to communicate in English both written and verbal; preparing reports and plans.
