Job Description :
This job will play a critical role in transforming the finance organization. The incumbent will be responsible not only for oversight and management of the EPM System Administration team, but also play a pivotal role in implementing new EPM solutions across the organization. The incumbent will have a solid foundation on both the technical and functional aspects of the EPM solution and will be the go to person for all questions regarding end to end EPM solutions and most complex issues.
Perform management responsibilities to include, but are not limited to: involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity.Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the day-to-day operations of the department; develop and implement policies and programs as necessary; may have budgetary responsibility and authority.
Management of system administration team of the EPM application.Act to resolve issues that prevent the team from working effectively.Assist team on troubleshooting the larger complicated issues and serve as the point of contact for Oracle SR escalations with EPM.
Act as the liaison between technical teams, business functions and system integrators to drive progress as we implement new functionality.Manage engagement deliverables that include documented Financial Planning & Analysis processes, reports and EPM solutions designs .
Assist with solution design analysis, solution architecture assessment and roadmap creation for finance planning, consolidation, and analytics.
Monitor financial systems improvement opportunities (efficiency, cost reductions, consolidations, improved integrations).
Support standardization of sector and management reporting.

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, IT or related field
- 6 years of related and progressive experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree
5 years with EPM Administration OR Oracle Cloud Suite
3 years in a leadership or management role
LICENSES or CERTIFICATIONS
Preferred (any of the following)
Analytical mindset, business facing and strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
Oracle EPM (EPBCS, ARC, EDMCS, PCMCS and Reporting)
General EPM Software Configuration
Business Rule / Calculation Development
Master Data Management
General understanding of user security configuration and management
Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, planning and close process
Finance process improvement
Language (Other than English):
