About the Open Position

GHSP, a global technology organization, is currently looking for a Software Program Manager to join our Headquarters team in Holland, Michigan.

*Essential Job Responsibilities: *

Lead the software team

Capable of achieving results.

Define software project tasks and resource requirements

Plan, schedule and manage project timelines using the Product Development Process (PDP).

Constantly monitor software deliverables

Use appropriate PDP and Program Management tools and escalate quickly to all internal and external stakeholders.

Identify customer needs and expectations

Respond to them in a timely and effective manner while maintaining the correct balance between external and internal customer requirements.

Support Quoting

Support quoting process for new business opportunities.

Monitor software development resource allocation and escalate any changes to plan

Communicate any available resources.


Identify product or process risks and gaps, initiate, communicate and manage countermeasures to mitigate concerns and achieve success.

Build alignment across functional departments

with respect to resource capability & capacity.


Are You A Good Fit For This Job?

You could be right for this job if you have:

A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Management or equivalent (required).

A Master's Degree in Engineering Management or equivalent (preferred).

3-7+ years of engineering and technical experience and an understanding of the principles of mechatronics.

3-7+ years of program management experience from award to launch.

3-7+ years of automotive supply base experience.
