ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITYAs a Digital Content Resource Specialist, you'll build, update, and help manage global product content for one or more of Herman Miller's digital properties.WHAT YOU\'LL DOYou'll have opportunities to speak up, solve problems, lead others, and be an owner every day as you... * Analyze business needs and recommend solutions for effective digital content management. * Assist in request management and workload balancing for North America and International digital properties, such as HermanMiller.com or other platforms. * Collaborate with business partners to identify requirements, develop plans, direct and execute project activities, monitor and control risk, and close projects. * Perform business analytical work (e.g., requirement gathering, process mapping, and problem solving). * Create digital content strategy processes and documentation, including templates, best practices decks, content inventories, audits, mapping, migration planning and tracking, and process workflow templates. * Prepare requisite project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, tracking reports, specifications, and test plans to ensure the consistency and quality of deliverables. * Monitor and report on key project metrics. * Serve as content project manager for one or more digital marketing projects, typically smaller in scope and complexity. * Stay current on digital content best practices, new product developments, and industry trends. * Support the Digital Team and project management requirements, including software as needed. * Work with project managers and cross-functional teams to scope and execute content management projects. * Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.SOUND LIKE YOU?You might be just who we're looking for if you have... * A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field and/or equivalent relevant experience. * One to two years of experience with internet technologies, content management systems, website creation applications, marketing support, customer service, or related work experience. * One to two year of progressive project management experience. * Experience in the iterative, creative process with web user interface design and development. * The ability to work effectively with a variety of internal and external business partners. * The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, with excellent time management skills. * The capability to attain in-depth knowledge of all Herman Miller's digital marketing efforts and the tools used to maintain our website content. * Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. * The ability to use the office automation, communication, software, and tools in the Herman Miller office environment to solve communication challenges. * The ability to perform all essential job functions of the position with or without accommodations.WHO WE AREAt Herman Miller, our unique culture represents the collective attitudes, ideas, and experiences of the people who work here.
