Under the direction of the Operations Manager, manages projects, system changes and improvements from the planning stage through implementation and best practices review. In addition, administers, supports, and maintains Controls IT systems and hardware in the manufacturing facility including the production line and shipping/receiving.ulliAdministers and supports Manufacturing Execution System (MES), shipping/receiving systems./liliAdministers and supports manufacturing (MES), shipping/receiving systems./liliAdministers and supports Microsoft Windows Servers including clustering, Microsoft Windows clients, LAN, WAN, wireless access points and switches./liliSupports hardware such as servers, PCs, printers, bar code printers, barcode scanners and touch screens./liliWorking knowledge of Rockwell Control System and understanding of Ladder Logic/liliProvides production support by troubleshooting and resolving machine PLC related issues/liliDisplays a positive attitude towards safety, works safely and follows all the Company's safety policies and procedures./liliReports all unsafe and unhealthy conditions or acts to management immediately./liliReports injuries, accidents, illnesses, near misses and property damage immediately to your Supervisor./liliComplies with all Health, Safety and Environmental standards in accordance with the Magna Employee Charter, the Occupational Health Safety Act. and the Michigan Occupational Health Safety Act./liliIf there is reason to believe that any equipment, or physical condition of the workplace is likely to endanger the associate or co-worker, or is in contravention of OSHA and MISOHA, notify management immediately./liliIf there is any reason to believe that any equipment, physical condition of the workplace or assigned task is likely to jeopardize customer's requirements, internal requirements or the quality of tests results and/or equipment build, notify management immediately./liliAuthorities as detailed in our Quality System for ISO/TS16949 2009 including but not limited to Corrective and Preventative Actions, Control of Documents, Control of Records, Internal Audits and Control of Nonconforming Product./li/uluQUALIFICATIONS:/uTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily.
