Acrisure LLC Talent Management Specialist in Grand Rapids, Michigan
You will be the key support partner to the Lead Talent Management Advisor. This role is focused on the on-going support and development of our employees: Onboarding and Induction (How We Integrate the Best), Performance Management (How We Coach Them), Professional Growth (How We Develop Them), and Belonging (How We Engage and Include).
The role requires someone who is passionate about people (warm, compassionate, kind), curious, meticulous, highly organized, efficient, and has strong project management skills.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
You will support the Lead TMA in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of key talent programs & initiatives:
Immersive onboarding & induction plans (lead some aspects)
A modern performance management/employee objectives approach that accelerates business success and invigorates employees
Simple but forward-thinking learning/growth paths for functional leaders to leverage within the right Learning Management System (LMS)
Engagement activities and initiatives (lead some aspects)
Development and execution of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion action plans that focus on ensuring all employees feel like they belong
You will do so with concentration on our Home Office (HQ or ?Corporate?) employees, but also with the flexibility in design principles that ensure our Agency Partners can adopt programs that help advance their own unique cultures.
You will at times lead aspects of each of these initiatives to ensure you are growing.
You will solicit and incorporate key stakeholder and employee feedback into our course content and experience.
You will help ensure compliance through all aspects of these initiatives.
You will measure what matters in each area, and continuously improve them based on what you learn from the data.
You will do these things while keeping our two ?north stars? in focus: Add Value and Be a Great Partner.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
We are focused primarily on the professional experience necessary to support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the areas detailed in the Duties and Responsibilities section. That will likely come from at least 4 years in HR ? demonstrated Talent Management success is highly preferred. There are multiple levels of Specialists in our job family, and we will match the best overall candidate?s demonstrable success to the appropriate level.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Knowledge: The technical knowledge required to develop and continuously improve leading-edge offerings and programs in the areas described in the Duties & Responsibilities section.
Fluent in using MS Office applications (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Excellent written and oral communication skills; comfortable presenting
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with developed sense for organization and time management
