KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Sr. Developer to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.
Accountable for the design, construction, implementation and support of software that meets the business requirements
Perform software construction, unit testing and debugging; software construction may include the preparation of new software, reuse of existing code, modification of existing programs, or integration of purchased solutions
Analyze and resolve defects identified through the Quality Assurance (QA) process; prepare or assist in the preparation of implementation documentation and support the implementation of applications into production
Support the Agile process throughout the complete life cycle
Participate in daily scrum meetings and Agile development methodology and process
Assist the technical lead in-charge of application support for a specific platform
Minimum three years of diverse work experience in systems analysis and software development
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
Experience with Java, Spring, Angular, and other front end technologies
Ability to work effectively with clients, IT management and other team members
Detail-oriented and thorough, with effective time management skills and excellent technical writing and editing skills
Skilled in organizing technical information based on reviewing meeting notes, business specifications, interviewing clients, architects and business analysts with strong verbal/written communication, problem solving, analytical and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and team work
