This is a travel-first consultative role, and the right candidate will be delivering elite level customer experiences immediately - helping our clients mature their business processes with the best platform out there in the following areas:ulliSoftware Management/liliHardware Management/liliCMDB/liliModel Management/liliContract Management/li/uluCore Competencies/uulliStrong organizational skills/liliAbility to work independently in short sprints/liliModern business acumen/liliEngaging personality that works across variety of function levels that reach from executives to system admin/liliJavaScript, Web Services (REST, SOAP), workflow automation, AngularJS, Bootstrap/li/uluResponsibilities/uulliDriving process definition, re-engineering, improvement and gap analysis of current/to-be processes during workshops with key customer sponsors and stakeholders/liliIdentifying areas of process improvement (efficiency and effectiveness) and recommending solutions that detail pros, cons and risks/liliSolve technical challenges across multiple complex projects at a time/liliProvide hands on assistance with the detailed design and implementation phases for security engagements./liliResolve critical path issues and challenges during engagements and in basic ServiceNow development activities during engagements/liliParticipating in Pre-Sales calls as needed to help drive the business/liliEmbracing a travel ready culture with travel of up to 50%/li/uluExperience/Qualifications/uulli5 years of experience planning, implementing, or supporting SACM within ServiceNowl
