Under limited supervision, design, implement, and maintain Spectrum Health System salary administration programs for the largest and most complex entities to ensure equitable and competitive pay programs. Assist in developing complex compensation programs and policies including incentive and executive pay.

Basic Qualifications:

Education - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience - 5 years of experience typically gained through skills/knowledge/abilities in related field

Preferred Qualifications:

Licenses - Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or work towards it
