Security Client Response Analyst - Information ServicesReq #: 17227_4Location: Grand Rapids, MIJob Category: CorporateJob SummaryThe Security Client Response Analyst provides technical and administrative support for the development and facilitation of information security programs. This position will assist in the completion of technical security documentation, client questionnaires, and other security projects as needed.Job Responsibilities:Assist all business units with client questions and requests for documentation related to information resources security. Review requests for resource access from internal employees. Work with all areas of IT to implement and maintain information resources security. Remain current with changes in information resources security news, trends, legislation, and regulations. Conduct regular reviews of Crowe's information resources security policies, procedures, and compliance. Additional projects as needed such as incident investigation and vendor assessments. Come grow with us!Qualifications•Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Systems, or an engineering field, or equivalent work experience in the field of Information Security.•At least 1 year of experience in a technology role.•Technology certifications desirable but not required (Security+, CISSP, CISA, SANS courses, etc.).•Strong written and oral communication skills.•Experience with development of security procedures, technical configuration standards, and guidelines.•Exposure to security awareness/education and training of end users and IS staff.•Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels, internal and/or external to the organization.•Exposure to Gramm-Leach Bliley Act (GLBA), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and other security related legislation and regulations.•Experience with and knowledge of technical support and troubleshooting methods.•Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow desirable but not required.HOW YOU CAN GROW:We will nurture your talent in an inclusive culture that values diversity.
