Technical consultants will advise ITS clients on best practice within the ServiceNow platform to create lasting value and enhanced experiences. You will need to collaborate effectively with virtual team members to achieve project goals and produce a variety of high-quality deliverables while contributing on multiple Agile engagements, utilizing the methodology and tools to enhance project efficiency. Technical consultants will demonstrate flexibility by delivering on a variety of project roles, including documentation, testing, and training. Continuously innovate and identify solutions that can be reused on future engagements.uWhat you will do:/uulliParticipate in all technical aspects of project and solution delivery including:/liliServe a key member of implementation project teams./liliConfigure and enhance ServiceNow./liliTurn business requirements into technical solutions./liliInteract with customer business and technical team members in person and via remote meetings./liliSolve technical challenges across multiple complex projects at a time./liliConfigure all aspects of ServiceNow (Workflow, UI, client scripts, business rules, etc.)/liliDevelop integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.)/liliPrepare all client facing and internal technical deliverables./liliDrive continuous improvements to increase delivery efficiency and quality./liliCollaborate with technical team to develop next-gen platform technologies./li/ulu/uuWhat you need to be successful:/uulli3+ years of experience planning, implementing, or supporting SACM within ServiceNow/liliWorking knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM: Software Asset, Hardware Asset, Model Management, Contract Management, and CMDB./liliProvide support to internal and external audits related to the accuracy of CI data in the CMDB and of the SACM process itself./liliUpdate and maintain the SACM and CMDB Procedure and SOP documents with periodic revisions to reflect improvements to the process./liliConfigure and build dashboards, CMDB Health and Data Certification to manage data compliance./liliDevelop and host periodic awareness / learning campaigns./liliExperience coding in JavaScript/liliExperience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, Web Services, etc.)/liliKnowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL etc./liliExperience using JIRA./liliStrong communication skills (active listener, think before acting, superb verbal and writing skills)/liliDemonstrate
