Perrigo Quality Engineer / SAP Analyst - Oral Care Business Unit [Ranir] in Grand Rapids, Michigan

Help us do it.Responsibilities:ulliMonitoring and acting as QA Department lead for PMI/cross-site SAP improvement projects (including travel to other sites as required)/liliDevelop and interpret user requirements with ITS for Quality related SAP improvements and projects/liliDevelop, monitor, and provide SAP specific training to exempt QA personnel, identify and train non-exempt SMEs in specific job functions/liliMonitoring and prioritizing outstanding IS requests related to SAP enhancements/liliPerform security audits of SAP roles, minimally annually/liliPerform quality review of SAP transaction documents, ensure accuracy and suitability of all SAP related SOPs and SWIs/liliTroubleshoot SAP errors and discrepancies ad hoc, characterize identified gaps for remediation./liliProvide advanced new product development support as part of a cross-departmental project team. Provide guidance on design controls and ensure conformance to the process/liliWrite process validation protocols. Oversee protocol execution; writing the post-execution report and proper handling any deviations during execution./liliAssist with specification creation; aligning tolerances with risks during product development./liliExecute nonconforming material investigations, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and material dispositions./liliCreation and annual updates of product risk management reports using risk management tools (D/PFMEA) and other risk management data./liliExecute complaint investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actions./li/ulRequirements:ulliBachelors Degree required. Degree in scientific, information technology or closely aligned field preferred. /liliThree years of experience in a pharmaceutical or medical device environment preferred./liliAbility to interpret and apply FDA regulations to company operating procedures is necessary./liliDemonstrated ability to organize multiple tasks and change priorities to meet project deadlines./liliExtensive functional knowledge of SAP required, preferably in QM module./liliAbility to communicate effectively at various levels in the organization and to interact directly with ITS to define and interpret user requirements is required./liliDemonstrated ability to transfer SAP knowledge in a training environment is highly recommended./liliWorking knowledge of Lean, 5S, and Six Sigma principles./liliAbility to use statistical sampling plans/liliPeriodic travel is required for this role./li/ulbr/br/Equal Employment Opportunity/M/F/disabilityrotected veteran status. img src="https://analytics.click2apply.net/v/6ejQpnfoqj7pCAeUomao" brbrPI127629732
