Will also provide the necessary in-office and on-site customer training according to business need and contractual commitments. The training is provided via face-to-face meetings whenever practical or via conference call. Visit or .Responsibilities•Assume primary responsibility for the successful implementation of Managed IP services. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire order fulfillment process and day of installation on selected business accounts. Manage the project through successful upgrade including all customer contact, timing, coordination (internal resources, OEMs and vendors), and all admin and day of upgrade training.•Assume primary responsibility for the successful implementation of Managed UC services. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire order fulfillment process and day of installation on selected business accounts. Train customer on new system and attend customer upgrades as required.•Assume primary responsibility for the successful implementation of voice/data services. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire order fulfillment process and day of installation on selected business accounts.
