Spectrum Health Marketing Technology Specialist, Marketing Automation (Priority Health) in GRAND RAPIDS, Michigan

Position Summaryspan style="font-size: medium;"As the marketing technology specialist, you will have a hands-on role in implementing, deploying and supporting marketing technology solutions such as CRM, mobile applications, marketing automation and websites at Priority Health. You are a technology savvy marketer who is equally comfortable discussing the taxonomy of website properties, analytics of the latest campaign, or marketing trends impacting both. You’ll work closely with marketing and translate the corporate/marketing vision to a technology implementation to deliver on corporate/marketing goals. You are part strategist, part creative director, part technology leader, and part teacher./spanspan style="font-size: medium;"Ideal candidates should have the desire to work in Marketing Cloud/CRM tool and related marketing technology platforms as required. Assist in driving best practices for Marketing Cloud/Salesforce campaign execution across the marketing team. This position has the opportunity to work remotely/spanspan style="font-size: medium;"Essential functions/spanulliDeliver production support (build, edit, test, and deploy) for all assigned email and text production. Familiarity of AMP Script and HTML/CSS and some JavaScript experience preferred./lili /liliCoordinate communication between outside developers and internal stakeholders to ensure project goals are met in a timely and cost-effective manner./liliMaintain users and administration of current software./liliEvaluate and advise on the selection, implementation, updating and management of new software./liliIntegrate and maintain the integrity of key systems Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, website, blog, analytics, product, tag manager to ensure seamless, consistent, data flow within and between programs./liliFacilitate and prioritize technology requests from marketing, translating between technical and marketing requirements and making sure that marketing’s systems adhere to IT policies including cybersecurity and privacy mandates./liliLead and communicate effectively across functional and agency team members to align plans, solve problems, and deliver results./li/ul Basic Qualifications: Education - Bachelor's Degree in business administration, marketing or related field Experience - 2 years of experience typically gained through skills/knowledge/abilities in in marketing or related role Preferred Qualifications:ulliYou enjoy becoming the subject matter expert of any marketing tool and passing on that knowledge to other marketers so they can succeed./liliYou enjoy troubleshooting and problem-solving./liliYou know how to lead evaluations and vendor selection, including writing business requirements./liliYou are comfortable working with marketing stakeholders, designers and developers./liliExcellent communication skills especially across a collaborative, cross-team, cross-cultural capacity./liliExperience with Salesforce API, Marketing Cloud and/or other marketing automation solutions. May include campaign setup and management, segment management, contact management, reporting, app integration, CRM integration./liliDemonstrable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills./liliFamiliar with effective project management procedures./liliUp-to-date knowledge of new technologies and ability to apply them./liliSound knowledge of marketing principles./liliSalesforce administrator and/or email specialist certification desirable./li/ul
