KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Development Technical to join our KPMG Technology Organization.


  • Work closely with Project Managers, Delivery Leads, IT and business management on multiple development projects

  • Provide day to day technical administration including upgrades and release management, analyze log files, configuration file changes, installation and configuration documents (runbook), upgrade validation/testing, change control, technical issue/problem resolution

  • Oversee the maintenance of appropriate project technical documentation including design, configuration, and installation

  • Research and evaluate alternative solutions and recommend the most efficient and cost effective solutions for the systems design, while providing a solution that meets the business' strategic objectives

  • Perform complex database management functions focusing on Microsoft SQL Server technology, including writing/executing SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL packages

  • Perform daily monitoring of the end-to-end data warehouse job performance, analyze the results and distribute to the project team


  • A minimum of five years of experience as primary technical lead on medium to large size projects

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university

  • Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS (or similar ETL tool)

  • Experience with data warehousing technologies, data modelling and information architecture

  • Analyze, design, build, test and document complex data integration solutions

  • US Citizenship required
