KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Specialist to join our KPMG Spectrum practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Team with key client business and IT users to provide functional subject matter expertise on Workday Solutions

  • Lead a Managed Services team in providing level 2/3 production and enhancement support which includes: managing break/fix, testing, upgrades, configuration changes, reports and design of Workday solutions

  • Execute the day-to-day activities of Workday managed services engagements for a variety of clients including process design, package implementation lifecycle support and project reviews

  • Review business processes and advise clients on system services available within the Workday application; identify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnel

  • Manage end to end project lifecycle to delivery projects on time

Qualifications:

  • A minimum five years of recent client facing experience and possess SaaS HCM or Payroll Functional expertise>

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or MIS from an accredited college/university is preferred

  • Knowledge of some or all Workday functionality like Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Absence Time Tracking, Integrations, Security, Data Conversion or Payroll Services Core Completion of one full implementation with Workday Planning implementation and Workday certification in Planning, HCM, Integration or Payroll, or ability to obtain certification within three months of hire

  • Understanding of ITIL framework, ITSM and service desk management

  • Experience in process reengineering, designing and implementing business performance management applications including budgeting, forecasting, planning, consolidation and reporting

  • Travel as required
