Along with participating and following the system change management or implementation life cycle components (test scripts, configuration unit testing, UAT, functional specs, advancing changes through system environments etc.). The FSAII is responsible to provide strong analytical, troubleshooting and/or problem solving techniques to resolve financial system and data support issues, based on the alignment of business process requirements, within the financial system platform. Along with performing functional research or data mining from multiple internal and external financial system sources The FSAII will be responsible for using data analytic tools to for identifying and interpreting trends, patterns in support issues related to financial data/systems and proactively recommend actions and solutions. Responding timely to business inquiries/issues and providing accurate and thorough answers by using business acumen, utilizing knowledge of financial applications and internal resources This position works side-by-side with more experienced team members who provide direction, coaching and learning opportunities./span/td/trtrtd valign="top"span class="Fieldlabel"label id="lblQualifications"Qualifications/label/span/tdtd class="TGAlignLeft" width="80%"span id="Qualifications" class="TEXT" aria-labelledby="lblQualifications"Education - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or related field OR equivalent work experience, required Experience - Three (3) or more years of experience working with financial systems required with a degree - Seven (7) or more years of experience working with financial systems without a degree - Prior experience working within a professional services firm such as accounting, financial services, business advisory and/or banking industries, preferred Software - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required - Proficient in the use of PeopleSoft Financials, especially query and reporting functions preferred - Proficient in the use of Business Intelligence Reporting Tools (i.e. OneStream, Hyperion, COGNOS, Business Objects), preferred Other Knowledge, Skills Abilities - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Good technical and data analysis skills - Capable of working and communicating effectively with professionals of all levels - Able to work in a deadline-driven environment with an attention to detail - Excellent computer skills and the aptitude to learn new software applications - Ability to follow instructions - Ability to work effectively in a team setting or independently - Positive attitude and willingness to learn - Strong interest in accounting, finance and systems/span /
