KPMG is currently seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join ourpractice.

Responsibilities:

  • Support an on-shore and off-shore team in the delivery of a KPMG Spectrum Software as a Service (SaaS) products to clients

  • Client delivery support providing timely and accurate reporting and creating and delivering insights to clients with Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

  • Provide data analysis, review inputs for accuracy, log and manage issues

  • Research and respond to client inquiries in coordination with internal and external on shore and off shore teams

  • Drive efficiency and cost savings by continuously improving business process and task automation

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of experience in the successful management of Service Delivery Products

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in the fields of management information systems, information technology, management, finance, general business, or a related discipline

  • Ability to identify a problem and enact a multi-step approach to research the cause and resolve; Strong understanding of shared services and outsourcing contracts

  • Adaptable with a willingness and ability to take on a variety of concurrent tasks and work with ambiguity

  • Ability to work closely with clients to deploy and operate technology solutions, including giving advice and recommendations

  • Intermediate level financial, analytical and Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) skills
