KPMG is currently seeking a Change Management Specialist to join our Advisory Technology Organization.
Define and improve the IT Change Management process for standard, normal, and emergency changes
Lead the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to review risk and provide approval
Hold teams accountable for the quality of their request for change (RFC) and any impacted changes
Engage with stakeholders for release management and ensures change impacted configuration items (CIs) are updated in the Change Management Advisory Board (CMDB)
Act as a team lead for IT service management (ITSM) functions for assigned area (ticket queue management, ticket quality, ownership to resolve, knowledge documentation)
Work with project managers for solution onboarding and delivery managers for continuous improvement and automation
Minimum of five years of relevant work experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is preferred
Proactive in identifying process gaps and following to resolution
ITIL certification is a plus
Change/Incident/Problem experience in ServiceNow is preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work independently and within a team
