KPMG is currently seeking a Change Management Specialist to join our Advisory Technology Organization.


  • Define and improve the IT Change Management process for standard, normal, and emergency changes

  • Lead the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to review risk and provide approval

  • Hold teams accountable for the quality of their request for change (RFC) and any impacted changes

  • Engage with stakeholders for release management and ensures change impacted configuration items (CIs) are updated in the Change Management Advisory Board (CMDB)

  • Act as a team lead for IT service management (ITSM) functions for assigned area (ticket queue management, ticket quality, ownership to resolve, knowledge documentation)

  • Work with project managers for solution onboarding and delivery managers for continuous improvement and automation


  • Minimum of five years of relevant work experience

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is preferred

  • Proactive in identifying process gaps and following to resolution

  • ITIL certification is a plus

  • Change/Incident/Problem experience in ServiceNow is preferred

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work independently and within a team
