KPMG is currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our KPMG Spectrum practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Solution Team, Subject Matter Experts to develop business and system use cases, functional, non-functional and operational requirements

  • Represent Solution Owner in functions including backlog prioritization, feature sequencing, sprint planning/grooming, and user acceptance testing

  • Elicit and capture business requirements in an Agile software development environment

  • Decompose and document Epics into Features and User Stories down to detailed functional and nonfunctional requirements

  • Facilitate the Team in developing acceptance criteria for user stories

  • Liaise with our Tech Leads, Project Managers and off shore development teams managing work using Agile Scrum & Kanban boards while assisting with operational transition, training, knowledge transfer and SOP documentation

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a business analyst

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

  • Solid understanding and application of writing requirements for custom solutions using an agile software development process.

  • Proven performance of building software for clients, providing robust documentation, and interacting with multi-disciplined teams; experience in consulting, software development, data and analytics, ERP, user testing and successful implementation

  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit with excellent oral, written communication and storytelling/visualization skills

  • Finance experience with ERP systems for General Ledger, Bank, Accounts Payable, Tax, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement and Sourcing,燬ales and Marketing, Project Accounting, Budgeting & Planning
