Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Functions as HR Lead on New Agency Partner acquisitions on core HR services; plans and works with onboarding team to implement transitions

  • Develops and nurtures partnerships with Agency Partners

  • Assesses and anticipates HR related needs for our Agency Partners; consults regularly with and provides guidance as necessary

  • Works with HRBP to provide input on workforce and succession planning as well as assists with planning, plans business unit restructuring; work through diligence with Agency Partner for restructure/reduction in force

  • Alongside HRBP, develops with new Agency Partners and maintains awareness of the culture, plans and financial positions of existing Agency Partners

  • Assists in the management of complex employee relations issues. Work collectively with the HRBP, Sr. Employee Relations and HR Service Center; consults with legal when necessary

  • Learns and maintains knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and strives for compliance to align with Agency Partner needs; consults with legal when necessary

  • Identifies and offers solutions for training/development needs

  • Assists in implementing training and development with our Agency Partners

  • Supports and provides backup to the HR Business Partner and HR Team as needed. May also provide support to HR team as needed.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor?s degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or similar discipline or the recognized equivalent in education and experience;

  • Current PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP designation or equivalent preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years? experience in HR required with a minimum senior generalist background

  • Background in HR Consulting strongly preferred

Technology Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • The ability to multi task, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding sensitive information

  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude
