KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Audio Services to join our KPMG Technology organization.


  • Contribute to creation of and rolling out strategic roadmap for audio voice services, ensuring the adoption and operationalization of new technologies, i.e., Microsoft for Skype Business, Enterprise Voice, while transitioning from and decommissioning legacy or traditional technology

  • Lead and perform equipment, software, and firmware updates as recommended by industry standards and directed by the Engineering Team

  • Lead efforts to diagnose and resolve complex system configuration, production and deployment problems

  • Oversee the delivery, management and budgetary controls for audio voice services portfolio

  • Primary point of contact for all audio voice services vendors. Act as project lead for vendor projects, which include installation of equipment for new and renovation facilities

  • Ensure processes and procedures are documented and maintained; and that asset tracking, inventories, and chargebacks are utilized per department protocol


  • Minimum of eight years of experience in supporting, maintaining, and configuring Avaya, Cisco, Unity and Microsoft Network equipment and operating systems

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

  • Knowledge to work with network security, Network support, to assist with implementation and troubleshooting

  • Must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team and foster the development of high performance teams while participating in the development of resource plans and structures

  • Experience with Route Lists, Patterns, Hunt Groups and Global Directory administration experience as well as Cisco Unified Communications Manager 8.x and above administrative experience

  • Knowledge of Ethernet network topologies both LAN and WAN and Cisco UCS
