Job Description:

Job Summary

  • Responsible for developing and implementing Identity/Access Management solutions at an enterprise and application level.

  • Provide leadership to ensure that project objectives are achieved and project deadlines are met by:

  • Architecting, developing and implementing IDM provisioning solutions in alignment with our clients standards and provided services.

  • Customizing IDM product functionality to fulfill requirements that cannot be met with standard functionality;

  • Recommending improvements, corrections, remediation or requirements for application integration

  • Create and maintain relevant documentation as required.

  • Developing strong partnerships with our business partners, software vendors and other technical resources;

  • Possess a foundational understanding of security infrastructure concepts across operating systems, networking, n-tiered architectures and experience with security applications including access management solutions, user provisioning solutions and global / regional enterprise directory solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Need to support vendor engagements, including Statements of Work and potentially additional contract staff to support & implement solutions.

  • Represent business needs in collaboration with our client it's stakeholders.

  • Ensure IDM goals and objectives are alignment with company strategies and core values. Foster and maintain productive relationships with business partners and IT Global Colleagues.

  • Responsible for the maintenance of the current internal IDM environment. Review, update and maintain all documentation on the existing system. Document existing challenges and needed improvements. Follow systems development standards and release requirements to develop, test and implement needed improvements and support changes in the IT release cycle.

  • Lead technical analysis, design and development of Identity Management Solutions. Provide guidance and support for application teams to migrate and integrate with the solutions. Provide consultation services to the B2C & B2D teams on the Daimler Corporate IDM solution set for external facing systems. Support the planning and implementation efforts of the teams migration to corporate solutions

  • Develop and lead the project to migrate the internal systems, identities, policies, processes and infrastructure to the corporate solutions. Develop / implement tools to provide automation of identity and role management across the systems environment.

  • Oversee and address customer issues/tickets; monitor system SLA’s; address system issues by performing root cause analysis and eliminating repeat problems. Work with IT Infrastructure teams to address issues and implement system upgrades without impact to business continuity. Work closely with IT Security team to assure compliance with our client's Security Policies and standards.

  • Develop plans and time estimates, track progress to plans, communicate status to management, and escalate issues and risks on a timely basis

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related field is preferable. Equivalent combination of experience, education and training will be considered.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience.

  • Thorough understanding of Identity Management, User Provisioning, Managed Access and issues surrounding authentication and authorization; 3-5+ years of experience designing and deploying enterprise User Management/User Provisioning solutions; Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: CyberArk, RSA (Aveksa), Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and LDAP;

  • Administration experience with Active Directory, RSA I&GL, CyberArk or similar tools is required. Certifications preferred.

IT Skills Required

  • Web app and Services development; Java / Java Script / Linux and Powershell Scripting, SQL

  • Server administration; Linux and Microsoft Operation system

  • PC Skills: Microsoft Office

  • Project Management Skills: Project Leader, Team Member, Scum and Agile team experience helpful

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Approx. Duration: 12+ months
