Job Summary
Our Client is seeking an experienced OpenText Communications Center Enterprise (CCE) Document Designer.
This position is responsible for designing and programming enterprise documents to support business operations in the USA and Canada.
This position requires a combination of both technical and business analysis skills.
A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with OpenText CCE building projects, and designing and programming enterprise documents is required.
The candidate must also have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable collaborating with technical and non-technical team members, customers, and management.
Key Responsibilities
Build projects; design and program enterprise documents
Collaborate and translate business requirements into a solution design
Make technical recommendations to achieve the operational objectives
Prepare design documentation and provide development estimates
Utilize test-driven development methods to improve QA
Collaborate with Document Specialists, OGC, QA, and IT on scheduling deployments
Promote continuous process improvement through designer retrospectives
Qualifications
Education
- HIGH SCHOOL Diploma or Equivalent Required; Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Configure Design Center platform and resource sets
Configure an XMLIN event
Configure a Story Teller process
Export Design Center project
Add scripts to the project
Add dynamics to the project
Create a dynamic document
Create interactive forms
SQL - code template logic for database calls, and QA of databases
XML - data mapping for document generation
Converting Dates (depending on languages)
Converting Currency Values (depending on languages or amounts)
Concatenating Variables (to pull in data needed)
Variable Calculation (to total on forms)
Multi-Table Logic
Repeater Logic
Load XML
Request and manipulate data to meet requirements
JavaScript
Adobe
