h3 class="job-company"Description/h3div id="description"divdivdivdivldquo;In this position, the selected candidate will be responsible for contributing to an effort in developing and documenting new Project Controlling standards in the financial oversight of a project portfolio for the US and Canada. The candidate will also perform cost performance analysis and Project Controlling process tracking. The position will be 50% allocated to executing project cost analysis and subsequent content to communicate the result of said analysis. The remaining 50% will be allocated to creation of documents detailing these new standards for future knowledge transfer and review by compliance groups. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, a creative problem solver, have experience in finance and/or accounting processes, understand project management methodology, have excellent communication skills, and be competent in PowerPoint, Visio and process mapping. The position will report directly to and take direction from the OPEX and Project Controlling managerldquo;Main Responsibilitiesbull; Mapping and documentation of all internal Finance Controlling processes relative to the launch of a new Retail and Lease Portfolio system in 2016.bull; Identify process and data gaps and support User Acceptance Testing and End User Training activities associated with the project.bull; Work closely with Finance Controlling, business, and IT to identify and analyze core business processes and workflowsbull; Development of clear and detailed process maps, workflows, and business requirementsbull; Develop diverse exhaustive use-case scenarios to test the design of the new systembull; Perform and document User Acceptance Testing to validate functionalitybull; Assist the project team in prioritizing and managing requirementsbull; Assist in the development and documentation of instructional training documentsbull; Identifying issues and risks for business and ITSkillsbull; Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineeringbull; Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflowsbull; Strong facilitation skills to manage business process workshopsbull; Ability to capture and document detailed business requirementsbull; Ability to develop instructional and procedural documentation and presentationsbull; Ability to work independentlybull; Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with ability to adjust communication to accommodate diverse audiencesbull; Ability to coordinate and track tasks with multiple departmentsbull; Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and meet deadlinesbull; ALM experience preferredSoftware Skills ndash; Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Sharepoint)Experiencebull; 3-4 years automotive finance business processes with focus on call center activities (Customer Service and Collection processes)bull; 1-3 years Business Analyst experience, on large and complex projectsbull; 1-2 years business process analysis and documentationbull; 1-2 years project management and facilitation activitiesEducationbull; Bachelorrsquo;s Degree in Business, Finance/Accounting or Economics/div/div/div/divEEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
