MiHIN Salesforce Administrator in East Lansing, Michigan
The CRM Administrator is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the customer relationship management system. The position completes system maintenance to ensure the most accurate and actionable data is available to all customer-facing teams. When unique problems require updates to process, the CRM Administrator ensures the external stakeholder need helps refine internal processes. The CRM Administrator applies industry knowledge and experience to help onboard organizations to the statewide network and recommend solutions to problems when company policies require further detail.
What you will do:
Utilize existing company policies to manage the customer relationship management system
Establish new policies to customer relationship management data can be used for community engagement and internal business reporting
Engage with external consultants as needed to enhance the existing customer relationships management system
Recommend solutions to problems of moderate scope when company policies require further detail to successfully complete community engagement activities
Review work with Associate Manager to ensure company policies are followed and problem-solving skills are strengthened to help increase network participant engagement
Ensure that information that MiHIN produces, maintains, stores, or transmits remains secure through adherence to MiHIN's Security Policies and Procedures.
What you bring to MiHIN:
Bachelor?s degree or master?s degree in business, health care, social sciences, or related field
3-5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor?s degree
1-3 years of relevant experience with a master?s degree
