The IBM Client Innovation Center at East Lansing, is looking for Entry level testers with basic experience in OR having good knowledge of manual testing, Automation testing and mobile testing process. You should have an experience or Knowledge in different types of testing and should be able to analyze requirements and write test cases. You should also have knowledge in at least one of the programming languages e.g Java , C#, etc
Your job would require you to write and execute test cases, have knowledge in creating and tracking defects, working with test management tools, provide SIT and UAT support, create documents as needed and have good communication skills. You should be a self-learner with acumen to progress to automation tester.
The IBM Client Innovation Center is an in-bound delivery model where we support our clients from our EAST LANSING center. However, some travel is expected and all candidates must be willing and able to travel to meet our client needs across the US. Travel is typically related to knowledge transfer and training at the client site (Monday thru Friday). You are expected to travel approximately 50% of the time. This is a traditional office position. You must live in or be willing to relocate to MICHIGAN . The work location is 196 Crescent Rd, East Lansing, MI 48824. This is not a work from home position.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
General knowledge in Computer programming or Testing.
Exposure to ANY of the following computer programming technologies: Java, C++, C#, .NET
General knowledge of Relational Databases and SQL programming
Excellent communication skills.
Understanding of OOP concepts
Bachelors degree- Required education must be obtained by first day of employment.
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
- ISTQB or other Certification in any Testing registered course.
