Who You Are

You will be working with the SBD cross-functional team to drive new opportunities for the Remote Services vertical. You will support define the problem, develop marketing materials, go-to-market supporting documentation and sales tools, and own the marketing deliverable's while working across product management, engineering and technology team.

You also have:

  • BA or BS required

  • 5+ years Product Management or similar experience in a high-tech software/SaaS B2B environment

  • Familiarity with mobile marketing and commercialization -- mobile app development, connected tools and responsive sites and landing pages.

  • Exceptional communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal. Excellent interpersonal interactions with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties

  • You have entrepreneurial hustle and flourish in ambiguity, setting your own goals, and effectively delivering them in a very fast changing environment

  • Strong project management/organizational skills required.

  • Demonstrated success and experience researching industry trends, usage analytics, competitive pressures and applying to product strategy and roadmap

  • Experience working with cross functional teams including sales, product management and engineering teams

  • Proven ability to navigate complex environments and drive product direction and leadership

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Experience with web analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics), as well as graphic design tools.

  • Bachelor in Computer Science or Engineering-related field is a plus

    What You’ll Do:

As an Product Marketing Manager you’ll be part of our Remote Monitoring team within Industrial Services remotely located. Specifically, you’ll:

  • Implement overall product marketing strategy and drive new product development initiatives.

  • Partner closely with the Director, brand marketing and product teams to develop and execute leading strategies.

  • Refine product and refine our pitch and narrative through various mediums.

  • Create and project manage content creation (written, recorded, video, etc.)

  • Create and project manage sales collateral (white papers, case studies, one-pagers, decks, etc.)

  • Conduct research and present findings for internal direction (customer interviews, competitive landscape, new trends, etc.)

  • Present and conduct internal training (product training for sales, customer personas, etc.)

  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to project manage the Go-to-Market of large product releases

  • Partner closely with Product Manager and outbound teams to craft and refine our messaging towards ideal personas, verticals, and company sizes
