Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or significant relevant experience

  • 3 years of experience working with vendors or managing vendor relationships

  • Previous knowledge of the mortgage industry and common vendors

  • Ability to think critically and execute with a sense of urgency

  • Client-oriented approach

  • Ability to adapt and be flexible during times of change

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Summary

The Vendor Performance Analyst oversees, monitors and reports on the performance of critical vendor functions to enhance performance and partnership. They coordinate and maintain clear communication, provide transparency and act as an ambassador of the company culture.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with vendors to collect performance scorecard data

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly scorecards to support performance reviews

  • Facilitate performance review meetings with both internal business stakeholders and vendor contacts to review financials, service level agreement (SLA) performance, issue tracking and resolution, and contract compliance

  • Generate and follow up on performance improvement plans to ensure remediation of issues identified

  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders on all relevant vendor activities to ensure value is being delivered

  • Support other Procurement teams as needed

  • Participate in all RFx (RFP, RFI, RFQ) planning and discussions in an effort to mitigate risk as early in the procurement process as possible

  • Ensure appropriate off-boarding practices are followed when in-scope vendor engagements end
