Trust Operations Project Manager The Trust Operations Project Manager will provide support to trust systems end users on a variety of production related issues. Collects and analyzes data to identify/evaluate operational issues and makes recommendations to solve problems. Position Responsibilities: * Provides production support and project management activities for internal and external Trust clients. * Acts as a liaison between Trust internal and external clients, system vendors, and internal Information Systems departments. This often involves the coordination of activities in Information Systems, Institutional Trust, Private Fiduciary Services, Trust Operations, and system vendors. * Assist in system release related projects to identify and translate new and changing business requirements into effective system solutions. * Establishes and maintains effective relationships with both internal and external customers. * Develop and distribute documentation and procedures to customers (internal and external) regarding upgrades or changes in products, systems and activities to ensure a smooth transition. * Manage small to medium system related projects and develop project plans. * Provide assistance and training to users of report writer tools such as Impromptu. * Coordinate of training for Trust staff relating to new products and services. Travel Minimal travel is required of this position.
