Trust Analyst II The Trust Analyst II is responsible for performing analytical functions designed to meet the needs of the Trust Operations unit. This includes production support, exception processing, reconcilement duties, process enhancements and overall customer service. Position Competencies Successful incumbents possess integrity and trust, listening skills, problem solving skills, are focused on the customer and have a drive for results. Position Responsibilities: - Compile, review and analyze the department's various regulatory reports and submit with the appropriate authorities by established deadlines. - Complete and review unit's cash and security reconcilements, analyze and resolve all variances, as required. - Review and analyze the unit's various exception reports such as failed trades, cash overdrafts, cost and market value out of balances and take the necessary action to resolve. - May act as an escalation point for the unit's customer complaints. Bring all complaints/issues to formal resolution within department standards. - Produce and analyze ad-hoc customer report requests, as needed. - Create, maintain and update unit's desktop procedures and checklists. - Assist in small to medium projects, as needed. Travel Travel is not required of this position.
