Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
5yearsworking in a role directly related to IT audits, IT controls, compliance program managementor a relatedfield(e.g., technology or business risk management, information security, compliance engineering,network engineering, systems engineering, data governance, solution architecture,etc.)
3 years of experience using work item tracking tools (Azure DevOps Server,Jira, etc.)
Proven ability to lead and strong communication skills
Experience working with engineering and non-engineering teams and other cross-functional stakeholders spanning all organizational levels
Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies
Broad knowledge of data processing systems, concepts and methodologies
Ability to participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment, security and high availability
Experience with cloud environments (Amazon Web Services, Azure, Google Cloud Platform,etc.)
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
Leadership experience over auditors, project managers, program managers, engineers and/or business analysts
The Team Leader, Information Security Compliance, leads a team of compliance program managers and compliance engineers who strive to make information security compliance at the Rock Family of Companies effortless. This team leader develops a road map and executes their vision across systems and processes to ensure team members understand and execute the critical safeguards that protect the data of our clients and our companies. They interact with teams around the Rock Family of Companies to understand information security compliance requirements and lead cross-functional efforts to create scalable solutions.

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices and participating in professional societies
Maintain a strong focus on client experience and respond with a sense of urgency to client inquiries and escalations
