Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, applied statistics, information technology, or a related field or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 years of leadership, management, and administration experience

  • 3 years of experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis

  • Ability and passion to learn and to grow others

  • Demonstrated experience using Agile product discovery and development strategies

  • Define product strategy and prioritize projects for the broader team

  • Demonstrated experience using Agile product discovery and development strategies

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite

Job Summary

The Team Leader, Business Intelligence leads a team of focused individuals who work to analyze business information data to drive our business forward and oversees their team’s analysis of information pertaining to business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Pull and create reports necessary to carry out the functions of the team and for senior leadership, as requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment

  • Communicate and embody the culture and mission of the company

  • Present product information to key internal and external groups in a comprehensive, clear and tactical manner

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and identify product opportunities

  • Lead and mentor the team on performance, production, and day-to-day tasks

  • Define solution scope and objectives for requests based on user needs and how they impact business processes

  • Devise or modify reporting tools to solve business problems

  • Analyze performance data for new project initiatives
