This role works closely with Tech Director, VPs and Principal Engineers to identify patterns, new trends, goals and areas for cross-org collaboration. This role is unique in that it does not support just one organization, instead focuses on best practices that can be applicable to several or all within NA Consumer.brbrIn this role, you will be responsible for projects that span across the organization and contribute to our eCF community.brbrbrThe right candidate will have proven Program Management skills and the ability to translate technical needs and pain points, into projects or programs that scale. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills (verbal and written), ability to work with technical teams across various groups to create strategy for and drive programs. The right candidate will have excellent organizational skills and proven program management experience with meticulous attention to detail and strong bias for action. Most of the project teams you'll be working directly with are volunteers to the effort so being able to influence without authority will be very important to this role and your success.
