Provides office, administrative and basic technical support services requiring a general working knowledge of Planning and Design policies, processes and computerized applications. Acts as Planning and Design customer advocate by proactively gathering required information, answering inquiries and handling internal/external requests for information/assistance./div/divdivdivfont class="bold"Key Accountabilities/font/divdiv- Provides a variety of services representing a combination of the following duties:- Provides administrative, basic technical support and status information to internal and external customers using current policies, processes, reports and systems to proactively gather and compile customer and/or project data. Assesses customer requests and determine if additional documents need to be obtained, such as site plans, proof of ownership, load sheets, etc and resolves issues and makes recommendations to ensure understanding using various forms of communication.- Communicates to appropriate internal/external customers and maintains new electric connection requests files according to business process.- Provides support on various continuous improvement initiatives.- Support storm efforts as required.- This job is expected to identify problems as they occur, based on the immediate symptoms and to uncover related issues.
