Picture Yourself at Pega:

As a key member of the Pega Consulting Services Marketing team, you will be involved in developing Pega’s service marketing strategy and messaging, and evangelizing Pega Consulting services externally with clients, partners, and media, as well as internally across Pega. You will be a catalyst and focal point in the global Consulting organization, collaborating with product, sales, marketing, enablement, delivery, and operations, to orchestrate cross-functional activities to communicate how we solve those complex business needs. You will be at the front end of the service marketing, offering, and enablement team which is chartered to get the service offers right, launch, and market the services, and enable the field. You will collaborate with cross functional marketing teams to create, align, and execute go to market programs and communicate how we make Pega’s brand promise real.

What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Become knowledgeable in Pega Delivery approach and Pega Consulting strategy

  • Work with stakeholders on content that supports positioning/messages for business model, go to market strategy, thought leadership, marketing and communications

  • Be a subject matter expert for Pega’s consulting positioning, advantages, proof points and portfolio

  • Synthesize market intelligence & customer insights to develop a deep understanding of our market and customer segments. Craft & author compelling audience-specific messaging.

  • Measure and manage impact of marketing activity on the customer lifecycle, bookings and revenue

  • Generate market awareness and provide direct support for sales opportunities

  • Partner with the enablement team to drive the development of training and education materials for prospect-facing teams across all segments and specialties.

  • Align messages with corporate marketing themes/messages and corporate brand tone – update existing content to new brand voice

  • Develop deep relationships with consulting field to establish role as trusted partner

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including web, creative services, content subject matter experts and product marketing to produce and publish high visibility marketing assets and web priority pages

  • Edit content created by internal subject matter experts for clarity, brand and corporate and consulting messaging and industry relevance and provide tactful feedback

  • Support development and maintenance of Pega delivery positioning deck and proliferate messages throughout collateral

  • Draft, publish and maintain digital marketing content using blogs, email, social media, etc.

Most importantly, you are an outstanding communicator; a writer who enjoys developing messaging that will connect and resonate seamlessly with key stakeholders. You arehands-on with “can do” attitude, proactive problem-solving skills, client empathy and a drive for results.

What You've Accomplished:

  • BA/BS degree required, MBA a plus

  • 5-8+years of professional experience, with 2+ years in services/product marketing /product management or related field. Experience with CRM and SaaS preferred.

  • Excellent writer with experience building impactful content including; white papers, data sheets, webinars, videos and case studies.

  • Demonstrated experience and proven track record in working in a highly technical and B2B focused products and solutions.

  • Ability to work effectively and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, providing guidance and oversight and external customers and drive results.

  • Experience in communicating with sales teams, clients, prospects, analysts, and internal management

  • Data driven marketing approach, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into business benefits.

  • Strong research, analytical skills, attention to details and overall a “can-do” attitude

  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a results orientation and strong follow-through

  • Superior competency with MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel

  • Knowledge of the “Challenger Selling” methodology a plus

  • International experience a plus
