Cornerstone onDemand Services Enablement Consultant (United States) in Detroit, Michigan

The Services Enablement Consultant will be responsible for the successful enablement of CSOD Services partners and internal services delivery teams. This includes providing consultative and enablement support to a wide range of global services partners. In this role you will be extremely collaborative and will work with the various key stakeholders across other teams (e.g., Alliances, Delivery Assurance, SDA’s, CSOD University, Product Support, and Partner Management) to provide great content for our partners in a consumable fashion.

The Services Enablement Consultant will coach and mentor our partners to become effective in both implementation consulting and project management of talent management software products and solutions. This includes enabling both internal and external Services Delivery team members as well as SDA’s and DA’s. The Services Enablement Consultant needs to be equipped with a hybrid of previous implementation experience, project management experience, and consulting skills to be able to effectively demonstrate and enable our key stakeholders. In this role the Enablement consultant will be expected to delivery both virtual and in person training for services delivery team members.

It's huge! Our global partner network consists of over 1000 consultants that you will interact with in various ways. To ensure success, this role focuses on enablement and training with the primary focus on services delivery team members (both internal and external).

In this role you will…

  • Collaborate closely with CSOD Services Delivery Leadership to identify enablement needs by role and level.

  • Conduct in person services delivery workshops and bootcamps as needed

  • Lead weekly partner virtual enablement sessions

  • Answer questions from services delivery partners

  • Update and maintain Delivery Success Framework Wiki space

  • Align and become valued business partner for SDA and/or DA leadership

  • Provide weekly and ad hoc reporting from Dogfood for Partner Operations and Partner Management

  • Evaluate current processes and offer up recommendations for improved process performance and efficiencies

  • Have strong global collaboration and partnership with EMEA Enablement team

  • Organize on-site group training events as needed

  • Complete ad-hoc projects as they aspire

You’ve got what it takes if you have…

  • 3+ years of Software Implementation Experience or client facing support

  • Availability for up to 40% Travel or as business needs require

  • 2 + years of project/program management experience

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or commensurate experience

  • Strong client consulting experience

  • Ability to process complex scenarios, ask probing questions and make appropriate decisions

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional etiquette

  • Quick learner for new applications and technology

  • Good time management in order to meet deadlines

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office technologies and other applications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Willingness to support and virtually meet teams in different time zones, especially Europe and APJ

  • Proven success of building successful business relationships remote

  • Bring humor to work while being able to rolling up your sleeves to get stuff done
