The Selling Partner Infrastructure and Core Experience (X)accelerator (SPICEX) organization owns Amazon Site Builder systems and tools upon which Amazon teams build Selling Partner experiences and more. Our mission is for Customers to consistently receive the Retail Customer Experience bar regardless of the Selling Partner selling channel. As owners of the tool and systems upon which SP experiences are built, we are uniquely positioned to ensure that SPs grow their Brands and capture global business opportunities with minimal effort and time while raising the CX via sharp prices, product authenticity and availability, and convenient delivery.brbrbrTo help make this a reality, we are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to build infrastructure to support our retail tools business partnering with SPICEX. As a senior program manager, you will be responsible for projects that span across the organization and contribute to SPICEX.brbrbrThe right candidate will have proven Program Management skills and the ability to translate technical needs and pain points, into projects or programs that scale. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills (verbal and written), ability to work with technical teams across various groups to create strategy for and drive programs. The right candidate will have excellent organizational skills and proven program management experience with meticulous attention to detail and strong bias for action. To be successful in this position, you must be highly motivated, creative and a self-starter with strong time management skills who is able to see the big picture, execute flawlessly, and drive against timelines and project roadmaps.brbrbrThis role is located in Detroit, MI and will consist of 15-25% travelbrbrbrbrbrResponsibilities include:br* Work with the leadership team to set strategy, define the product, and make appropriate high-judgment trade-offs between features and speed-to-launchbr* Use case prioritization, feature definition, ownership of the product roadmap, and customer segmentationbr* Engage with service owners and partner teams to identify integration opportunities and drive product initiativesbr* Anticipate bottlenecks, manage risk and escalations, and balance the business needs versus technicalbrconstraints.br* Creation of communication mechanisms for collaboration across SVPs in the broader Consumer.br* Document, maintain and report on program processesbr* Identify and manage operational best practices with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfactionbr* Effective communication with Senior and VP level partners both written and verbalbr* Perform general administrative functions such as scheduling meetings, event management, and marketingbrbrbrbBasic Qualifications/bbr* 6+ years relevant work experience in training, coordination, and/or high-technologybr* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and SharePoint and superior knowledge of Microsoft Excelbr* Excellent planning, time management, prioritization and organizational skillsbr* Extremely high attention-to-detail and ability to see the big picturebr* Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsbr* Positive, proactive and able to always exercise great judgmentbr* Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environmentbr* Ability to effectively work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalitiesbr* Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomouslyBR/Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
