divspanThe Payroll Senior Analyst is responsible for the day to day productivity across their assigned clients, which can include multiple service locations and platforms. The Senior Analyst is responsible for ensuring timely execution of ongoing client deliverables, as well as developing solutions to complex problems across their assigned clients. The Senior Analyst can serve as the primary operations escalation point, internally and externally, along with the Domain Process Lead or Operations Services Manager. The Senior Analyst will also be responsible for coaching of junior colleagues, contractors and vendors as appropriate.spanand#160;and#160;and#160;and#160;and#160;/span/spanbKey Responsibilities/b spanspanand#160;/span/spanspanThe individual will be The Lead Onshore Payroll Analyst/spanspanWill lead Internal MS Teams Chat ensuring Payroll Tasks are performed timely for on-cycle and off-cycle payroll processing /spanspanWill lead weekly call with client/spanspanDaily communication with client contacts via phone and email to resolve payroll related issues and/or answer payroll processing inquiries/spanspanCollaborating with internal teams : ex. Garnishments, Tax Shared Services Team/spanspanspanand#160;and#160;and#160;and#160;and#160;and#160;and#160;and#160;and#160;and#160;and#160;and#160;and#160;and#160;and#160;and#160;and#160;and#160;and#160;and#160;and#160;and#160;and#160; /span/spanulliAct as subject matter expert and execute assigned deliverables for clients in aligned focus area (ie: Payroll, HCM, and Talent)./liliMonitor the workload across aligned operations ensuring business as usual and projects are delivered to required deadlines with quality. Actively monitor operational health by testing and ensure processing checklist/SOP is followedulliProvide case management oversight and adherence to turn-around times/liliCreate, manage and execute on required recovery plans and Root Cause Analysis documentation, as necessary/liliConduct applicable risk-based auditing to ensure consistent and accurate results/liliEnsure appropriate evidence is provided/documented for SOC Control tasks/li/ul/liliDrive overall quality control as well as support and identify opportunity for process optimization and automation/liliSupport the Operations Service Manager (OSM), Client Service Manager (CSM) and/or Delivery Executive in consultative best practice conversations with the client(s)ulliParticipate in domain specific Change Request requirements sessions, resource estimation exercises, and internally initiated projects/liliCoordinate testing and develop complex reports/li/ul/liliPartner with Client Service Manager and/or Service Delivery Manager to mitigate financial impacts of Errors and Omissions (EOs)./liliAdhere to Operating System guidelines and supporting POV and industry best practices/liliOwn initial day- to- day client escalations, Communicate escalations to the CSM, Delivery Executive, Operations Services Manager (OSM), Process Lead and client, as appropriate, for awareness and management of further escalation/liliSupport effective cost management practices and suggest operational improvements/li/ulbspanWork Experience/span/bullispan3 + Years as Senior Payroll Analyst/Payroll Processing Lead/span/lilispanExperience with Workday Payroll Strongly Preferred/span/lilispanExperience with both US and Canada payroll
