This includes planning for DTE's strategic energy efficiency, demand response, and other distributed energy resources programs, identifying data needs, assessing evaluability of innovative programs, collecting and analyzing customer/consumer/market information and data, in support of meeting or exceeding DTE's customer-centric business goals and Michigan's EWR targets in delivering cost-effective energy efficiency management programs, products, and services.Key Accountabilities:•Performs data collection, statistical and numerical analyses in support of strategic, tactical or performance improvement plans•Gathers information, analyzes, designs, recommends and implements solutions in area of responsibility•Manages operations and resources, monitors, reports and develops strategies to improve on key performance metrics•Creates and maintains project work plans, campaigns and budgets. Schedules and manages work activities for projects/campaigns to ensure on-time and in-budget completion, while achieving revenue retention/attainment or performance improvement goals•Develops business or marketing plans based on customer expectations; including performance objectives, strategies, tactics and financial projections•Interfaces with business units appropriate for the assurance of timely execution of customer-related projects•Defines customer segments and develops customer segment strategies including market scans, gap analyses, metrics and customer service expectations•Meets with customers and customer groups; develops and delivers presentations to internal and external parties; represents the department management at cross-functional meetings•Provides expertise, guidance and/or work direction and participates in the training of internal and external (vendor) staff•Represent and provide data and information as needed on DTE issues related to Energy Waste Reduction (EWR) market analyses and program evaluation, measurement, and verification in regulatory proceedings and with statewide and national bodies.•Manage development, implementation, and dissemination of results of DTE's EMV studies and analyses.•Work
