Join us!PLM - Change AnalystWork as part of a team to manage changes and other business processes in support of the configuration management and change management of parts and documents in the Agile PLM system•Create and monitor the integrity and accuracy of new and existing parts and documents through the Agile PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) approval process.•Process workflows to ensure timely completion and participation to revise and release documentation and part revisions.•Act as liaison between internal business organizations to ensure establish procedures pertaining to the approval process are followed.•Facilitate open communication through all business organizations to ensure accuracy in product labeling, translation requests, and manufacturing.•Recognize and champion opportunities for business process and documentation improvement.•Communication with employees and managers at corporate and manufacturing locations.•Timely follow up on all changes•Attend meetings related to new project implementation as well technical change projects.•Maintain business process and training documentation.•Perform other duties as required or assigned.EDUCATION / WORK EXPERIENCE•Experience in configuration management, change management or equivalent.•Associate or Bachelor degree.•Experience with Oracle Agile PLM preferred.ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS•Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite•Knowledge of Agile PLM is preferred.•Ability to interface with managers and employees at all levels of the organization.•Strong organizational, analytical, writing and interpersonal skills•Strong attention to detail•Dependable and self-directed•Critical thinking, problem solving and deductive reasoning skills•Excellent written and oral communication skills.•Some travel required.About American Axle ManufacturingFor over 20 years, customers around the world have entrusted AAM to design, engineer, validate and manufacture driveline, metal forming, powertrain, and casting technologies for automotive, commercial and industrial markets.
