Pega Business & Integration Architect Manager – Detroit, MI

Job Description:

Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Pega Business & Integration Architect Manager in Detroit, MI to manage the prioritization and assignments of new projects and enhancement requests for System Architects. S/he will perform the following duties: ensure that tasks are well defined and allocated to resources; manage the prioritization and assignments of Production tickets for System Architects; report status on all Production tickets and Enhancements assigned to the Technical team; monitor and report status on the performance of the Pega applications; approve design for all Enhancement Requests and new Pega initiatives; estimate the effort needed to complete the implementation of business processes; review and approve the code developed by the development team; assist the System Architects in designing the complex solutions; coordinate with infrastructure team on necessary changes to support business applications and manage the integrations of Pega applications with external applications; providing thought-leadership across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

This position requires at least a bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, or Engineering (any), or in a closely related field; plus 6 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as a Team Lead, Software Engineer, Consultant – CRM, Systems Engineer, or in a related IT position. This position also requires the following professional experience: 4 years of experience working on Pega implementations supporting Customer Relationship Management [CRM] solutions; 4 years of experience in the Pega Platforms of Sales Automation or Product Composer System or Customer Relationship Manager; 6 software development experience required in Pega building software applications using business process management techniques and technologies; 6 years of experience in architecting solutions for Pega applications; 4 years of experience with complete life cycle of Pega rules configuration, customization and deployment on Pega 7 or Pega 8 versioned applications and; 4 years implementations of Pega architecture , designs and features.
