Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience using workforce optimization and analysis tools

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, mathematics, or applied statistics or equivalent experience

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 platform, including Excel, PowerBI and Sharepoint

  • Strong data collection and analysis skills

  • Experience using statistics in the workplace for quality assurance, project implementation and process mapping

Job Summary

The Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing data and providing insights to the business to improve training, coaching, skill, adherence, behavior and operations. The Operations Analyst researches new data sources, dives deep into existing data, discovers patterns, provides recommendations and impacts assessments to enable data-driven decision making. They develop deep partnerships with business areas within the company and the Rock Family of Companies.


  • Build query language and maintain operational analytics and the supporting systems

  • Create business reporting

  • Gather, analyze and interpret business-relevant data

  • Communicate analysis results to business leaders and provide recommendations based on findings

  • Fulfill ad hoc reporting requests from leaders

  • Act as a liaison between teams to analyze and communicate important information for business improvement

  • Provide regular business updates to stakeholders

  • Provide insights and recommendations into the health of the business for executive presentations
