Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative and/or business fields such as mathematics, economics, finance, and business or equivalent experience in a related field

  • 3 years of experience working in management consulting, marketing operations, performance marketing or lead nurturing

  • Superb analytical, problem-solving and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • B2C marketing experience across various marketing channels, including email, SMS, chat, voice and digital

  • Experience with marketing data, systems, and reporting and tracking tools and the ability to provide strategic guidance and execution

  • Solid track record of project management and execution

  • Demonstrated experience driving business results

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, key stakeholders, and external partners

  • Lead and automotive marketing experience

Job Summary

The best Marketing Managers are self-starters and critical thinkers focused on client experience and conversion. Most importantly, this individual is committed to improving our sales and conversion and will do whatever it takes to make that happen. They nurture automotive sales leads who have demonstrated interest in purchasing a vehicle. They should be able to transition between marketing strategy, campaign development, data analysis, project management and technology with ease to drive the business at both the operational and business levels.

Responsibilities

  • Increase automotive sales by nurturing leads through integrated marketing programs - voice, email, SMS and chat - as well as through process improvement in CRM, UX, technology enhancements or product features

  • Identify, set and monitor key metrics to prove conversion and campaign performance across all channels

  • Evaluate and select systems or partners to support marketing strategy execution

  • Design, build, deploy, analyze and continually improve marketing campaigns across all nurturing channels (timing, frequency, channel, user experience, messaging and outreach strategy)

  • Support day-to-day operations –troubleshooting issues, sales production support, partner communication, campaign management

  • Build business cases for prioritizing new product features and capabilities and pitch to decision-makers

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop creative, campaign strategies and optimizations that meet business objectives and fit the brand’s positioning, personality and tone of voice
