Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will serve a critical role within the digital marketing team. Responsibilities will include a variety of important functions related to day-to-day campaign execution. This person will support the CRM team, Digital Media Manager and will collaborate with others on the marketing team. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will also be involved with ongoing social media programs and will interface regularly with external agencies, other internal departments and at times franchisees.

Ideal candidates will display a clear drive for results, organizational skills, curiosity and excellent written/verbal communication. To be successful, this person will need to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. This position will need to complete projects independently and exercise authority and discretion appropriate to the position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead creation, maintenance, and execution of digital promotion codes supporting both national and local efforts.

  • Manage the national social media calendar and ensure proper execution according to established timelines.

  • Manage ongoing social media reporting while uncovering insights and communicating to key stakeholders.

  • Own all aspects of test window CRM campaigns from development through results reporting.

  • Manage franchisee-facing Local Store Email Marketing (LSeM) Library by keeping content updated, organized and relevant.

  • Manage day to day communication and execution with internal teams and external vendors.

  • Analyze campaign results and create clear, concise communications for senior leadership.

  • Provide additional support to the Media, Insights & Content Strategy team as necessary

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, information technology, analytics or a related degree required.

  • 2+ years digital marketing experience with consumer-facing brands.

  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to compile, analyze, summarize and present data for management review.

  • Effective written & verbal communication skills.

  • Possess the highest integrity and ethical standards.

  • Demonstrates strong initiative and self-motivation.
